Orders
You can order the products through our website and they are irrevocable. The seller is obliged to notify the customer by e-mail or telephone if he is unable to deliver the ordered products. In the event that the product was paid for by card, the amount paid will be returned to the Customer in the same way. If the Customer has ordered several products, and in the event that one of the ordered products cannot be delivered, the amount will be reduced by the value of that product, while the rest of the products will be delivered to the indicated address.
Payments
You can make the payment in two ways:
1. In person, upon collection (payment by cash on delivery).
2. Payment to a current account

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
"When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. The payment card information is not available to our system for a single moment."
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Areve is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.
Delivery
The deadline for the delivery of the order is from 3 to 7 working days on the Serbian market.
The delivery of parcels on the territory of Serbia is carried out by the PostExpress courier service. Shipping costs are charged separately and depend on the weight and value of the package, not the place of delivery. For more information on the cost of postage, visit the Post Express website .
The customer receives the postal code of the shipment via e-mail. If the postman does not find the buyer at the specified address, he leaves a "Report on the arrival of the shipment" in the mailbox. If the postman does not leave a report, the parcel can be collected personally at the post office within 5 days, with the attached parcel number. After 5 days, the package is returned to the sender.
The delivery time for orders outside Serbia is 7 to 14 business days, but it may be longer depending on customs processing. The customer will receive a tracking code via email once the package is fulfilled. Any customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Complaints and return

In the event that the model or size of the product delivered does not fit, the customer can return it or exchange it for another product within 30 days, with the transport costs for the replacement being borne by the customer. Before sending the goods, the customer should inform the Areve online store about the wish to exchange the product, by contact
In the event that the delivered product is defective or wrong, the return costs are borne by the Areve online store.
Areve online store reserves the right not to accept the advertised product if it is returned in used condition.
