STATE OF CONVERSION:
‘All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site’.
'Sva plaćanja biće izvršena u lokalnoj valuti Republike Srbije – dinar (RSD).Za informativni prikaz cena u drugim valutama koristi se srednji kurs Narodne Banke Srbije. Iznos za koji će biti zadužena Vaša platna kartica biće izražen u Vašoj lokalnoj valuti kroz konverziju u istu po kursu koji koriste kartičarske organizacije, a koji nama u trenutku transakcije ne može biti poznat. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost neznatne razlike od originalne cene navedene na našem sajtu.'
DELIVERY IN SERBIA:
Rok za isporuku porudžbine je od 5 do 7 radnih dana na tržištu Srbije.
Dostavu pošiljki na teritoriji Srbije vrši DExpress kurirska služba. Troškovi dostave se posebno naplaćuju i zavise od težine i vrednosti paketa, a ne od mesta dostave. Za više informacija o ceni poštarine posetite sajt DExpress -a
Kupac putem e-maila dobija potvrdu da je porudžbina spremna za slanje. Kurirska sližba će kontaktirati Kupca na broj telefona koji je Kupac ostavio prilikom poručivanja. Ako se desi da Kupac nije podigao paket, kurirska služba će Kupcu poslati obaveštenje na broj telefona, na kojoj adresi i u kom roku Kupac može preuzeti svoju pošiljku.
DELIVERY FOR OTHER COUNTRIES:
The delivery time for orders outside Serbia is 7 to 14 business days, but it may be longer depending on customs processing. The customer will receive a tracking code via email once the package is fulfilled. Any customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURN:
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Areve is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.

In the event that the model or size of the product delivered does not fit, the customer can return it or exchange it for another product.
Deadline for returns/exchanges is 14 days for the orders from Serbia, and 30 days for the orders from other countries.
Before sending the package, the customer is required to inform Areve d.o.o. about the return/exchange by sending an email to info@areve.rs
With returns/exchanges the customer is required to present the receipt they received with the order.
Delivery costs for returns and for exchanges (both ways) are paid by the customer.
In case that delivered product is wrong, damaged or otherwise faulty the cost of return/exchange is borne by Areve d.o.o.
In case that the returned item is received in used or damaged condition or packaging Areve d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse to accept the package and go forward with the refund or exchange.

'On behalf of areve.rs, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers." We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business and user information in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the data to perform their work. All employees of areve.rs (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.'

PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA
'When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via public information network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently state-of-the-art cryptographic technologies.Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is done on the bank's website. Not even one payment card information is currently unavailable to our system.'

„U slučaju vraćanja robe i povraćaja sredstava kupcu koji je prethodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, areve.rs je u obavezi da povraćaj vrši isključivo preko VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex i Dina metoda plaćanja, što znači da će banka na zahtev prodavca obaviti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika kartice“.
